                                                                amended
  
  Amendment sponsored by Senator Patrick H. Lyons 
  
  
      1.  1.  On page 2, line 10, strike "1,356,011.0" and insert in
  lieu thereof "1,371,011.0".
  
      2.  On page 3, between lines 4 and 5, insert:
  
      "Included in the state equalization guarantee distribution is
  fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000) to the state department of
  public education for the purpose of funding additional program
  units for full-day kindergarten at the program unit value
  established by the superintendent of public instruction.".
