      Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                          SENATE BILL 112
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 2, line 17, strike "and".
  
      2.  On page 2, line 23, strike the period and insert in lieu
  thereof "; and".
  
      3.  On page 2, between lines 23 and 24, insert the following
  new paragraph to read:
  
               "(5)  the child's family income does not exceed one
  hundred fifty percent of the federal poverty guidelines.".,
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
