APPROPRIATION.--One million five hundred | 0018| thousand dollars ($1,500,000) is appropriated from the general | 0019| fund to the economic development department for expenditure in | 0020| fiscal years 1999 through 2001 for the purpose of contracting | 0021| for training and services to provide for economic development | 0022| initiatives in northern New Mexico and for assistance to start | 0023| or expand women-owned businesses and to prepare women | 0024| currently receiving public assistance to enter the work force. | 0025| Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of |
