0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE CENTER IN

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board
    |
0017|     of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in
    |
0018|     fiscal year 1999 to expand and enhance the sustainable
    |
0019|     agriculture economic survival programs at the agricultural
    |
0020|     science center in Alcalde.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0021|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert
    |
0022|     to the general fund.
