  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
            
       1.   On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "NEW MEXICO" and
  insert in lieu thereof "LEGISLATIVE".
  
       2.   On page 1, line 12, after "LOTTERY", insert
  "SCHOLARSHIP".
  
       3.   On page 1, line 18, strike "New Mexico", and on line 19
  after "Lottery" insert "Scholarship".
  
       4.   On page 3, line 11, strike "New Mexico" and insert in
  lieu thereof "Legislative", and after "Lottery" insert
  "Scholarship".
  
       5.   On page 5, line 22, strike "1998" and insert in lieu
  thereof "1999".,
  
  and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE
  COMMITTEE.
