APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand | 0018| dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to | 0019| the local government division of the department of finance and | 0020| administration for expenditure in fiscal years 1998 and 1999 | 0021| for the purpose of funding salinity flow studies to be | 0022| conducted by the lower Rio Grande water users organization to | 0023| identify sources of salinity between Caballo dam and southern | 0024| Dona Ana county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance | 0025| remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the |
