      Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                          SENATE BILL 170
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, line 12, strike "LOWER RIO GRANDE WATER USERS
  ORGANIZATION" and insert in lieu thereof "INTERSTATE STREAM
  COMMISSION".
  
      2.  On page 1, lines 19 and 20, strike "local government
  division of the department of finance and administration" and
  insert in lieu thereof "interstate stream commission".
  
      3.  On page 1, line 22, strike "lower Rio Grande water users
  organization" and insert in lieu thereof "interstate stream
  commission.",
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
