      1.  On page 14, line 15, strike "one-half" and insert in lieu
  thereof "one-fourth".
  
      2.  On page 18, line 23, strike "one-half" and insert in lieu
  thereof "one-fourth".
  
      3.  On page 19, line 5, strike the second comma and insert in
  lieu thereof "or", and strike "or one-half".
  
      4.  On page 19, line 9, strike "one-half" and insert in lieu
