      Your CORPORATIONS & TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to
  whom has been referred
  
                          SENATE BILL 175
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 3, between lines 1 and 2, insert the following:  
          
  "but does not include a motor vehicle dealer, as defined in
  Section 57-16-3 NMSA 1978, to the extent that dealer is engaged in
  the sale or lease of motor vehicles, as defined in that section;",
  
  and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
