0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR SUPPORT SERVICES TO DISABLED

0012|     STUDENTS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred fifty thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($450,000) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0017|     the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for
    |
0018|     expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of providing
    |
0019|     support services to disabled students.  Any unexpended or
    |
0020|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0021|     shall revert to the general fund.
