0011|     RELATING TO THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEE LABOR RELATIONS BOARD;

0012|     PROVIDING THE BOARD'S BUDGET APPROPRIATION; REPEALING SUNSET

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred eighty-eight
    |
0017|     thousand eight hundred dollars ($188,800) is appropriated from
    |
0018|     the general fund to the public employee labor relations board
    |
0019|     for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 in the following budget
    |
0020|     categories.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining
    |
0021|     at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general
    |
0022|     fund.  Figures are in thousands of dollars:

0010|     The public employee labor relations board may request

0011|     transfers from the employee benefits, travel, maintenance and
    |
0012|     repairs, supplies and materials, contractual services or
    |
0013|     operating costs category to any other category.
    |
0014|          Section 2.  REPEAL.--Laws 1992, Chapter 9, Section 30 is
    |
0015|     repealed.
    |
0016|          Section 3.  EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the
    |
0017|     provisions of this act is July 1, 1998.
