0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO PROVIDE

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand
    |
0017|     dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to
    |
0018|     the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1999
    |
0019|     for the purpose of providing operating funds for a substance
    |
0020|     abuse counseling program for Native Americans in Bernalillo
    |
0021|     county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0022|     the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
