  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 2, line 16, strike "state" and insert in lieu
  thereof "department of finance".
  
      2.  On page 4, line 2, strike "state" and insert in lieu
  thereof "department of finance".,
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
