0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PAY FEES OF THE PLAZA DEL MEDIO

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Eight thousand seven hundred
    |
0016|     thirty dollars ($8,730) is appropriated from the general fund
    |
0017|     to the interstate stream commission for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0018|     year 1999 for the purpose of paying the diversion dam fees for
    |
0019|     the Plaza del Medio ditch association in Taos county.  Any
    |
0020|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
