APPROPRIATION.--Three million seven hundred | 0017| fifty-five thousand five hundred dollars ($3,755,500) is | 0018| appropriated from the general fund to the vocational education | 0019| division of the state department of public education for | 0020| expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of providing | 0021| high school education programs for at-risk teenage parents | 0022| statewide. Funding shall be used to provide classes in basic | 0023| parenting, nutrition and hygiene skills as well as child care | 0024| for teenage parents.
