0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTRACT FOR PROVISION OF COMMUNITY

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Ninety-five thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($95,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for
    |
0018|     the purpose of contracting for provision of community health
    |
0019|     services in Magdalena in Socorro county.  Any unexpended or
    |
0020|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0021|     shall revert to the general fund.
