0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR GILA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER

0012|     WELLNESS AND HEALTH EDUCATION PROGRAMS.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for
    |
0018|     the purpose of contracting with the Gila regional medical
    |
0019|     center for expansion of wellness and health education
    |
0020|     programs.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0021|     the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund.
