      Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                          SENATE BILL 287
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, lines 17 and 18, strike "forestry division of
  the energy, minerals and natural resources department" and insert
  in lieu thereof "local government division of the department of
  finance and administration",
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
