0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PRODUCE A NATIVE AMERICAS FILM

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     economic development department for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0018|     1999 for the purpose of contracting to produce a native
    |
0019|     Americas international film exposition.  Any unexpended or
    |
0020|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0021|     shall revert to the general fund.
