APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-seven thousand three | 0016| hundred eighty dollars ($27,380) is appropriated from the | 0017| general fund to the board of regents of the university of New | 0018| Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of | 0019| funding the Latino leadership opportunity program that offers | 0020| special training for college students in the area of public | 0021| policy to serve the Latino community and the larger society. | 0022| Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of | 0023| fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the general fund. | 0024| .122630.1 |
