      Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                          SENATE BILL 330
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, lines 22 and 23, strike the underscored
  language and insert in lieu thereof "one thousand dollars
  ($1,000)".
  
      2.  On page 2, line 3, strike the underscored language and
  insert in lieu thereof "one hundred sixty dollars ($160)".
  
      3.  On page 2, line 12, strike the underscored language and
  insert in lieu thereof "four hundred dollars ($400)".
