  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      
      1.  On page 2, line 18, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".
  
      2.  On page 6, line 4, before "solicitation" insert a quotation mark.
  
      3.  On page 6, line 18, before the period insert ", or to a professional
  fundraiser or a professional fundraising council for a religious
  organization".
  
      4.  On page 13, line 25, after "available" insert "by statute or".
  
      5.  On page 15, lines 17 and 18, strike ", except a religious
