      Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                          SENATE BILL 336
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, line 13, strike "STUDY TO DETERMINE THE
  FEASIBILITY OF" and insert in lieu thereof "FEASIBILITY STUDY AND
  IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR".
  
      2.  On page 1, line 22, strike "study to determine the
  feasibility of" and insert in lieu thereof "feasibility study and
  implementation plan for".
  
      3.  On page 2, line 4, after the period insert "The
  appropriation is contingent upon the completion of a joint needs
  assessment of the Albuquerque technical-vocational institute, New
  Mexico highlands university and the Valencia campus of the
  university of New Mexico.".,
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
