0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE PUBLICATION OF RESEARCH

0012|     MATERIAL AT THE UNITED STATES-MEXICO LAW INSTITUTE AT THE

0013|     UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board
    |
0018|     of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in
    |
0019|     fiscal year 1999 for the purpose of the publication of
    |
0020|     research materials at the United States-Mexico law institute
    |
0021|     of the university of New Mexico.  Any unexpended or
    |
0022|     unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999
    |
0023|     shall revert to the general fund.
