0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR CULTURAL RESOURCE AND

0012|     ARCHAEOLOGICAL SERVICES IN DULCE IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New
    |
0017|     Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year
    |
0018|     1999 for the purpose of contracting for cultural resource and
    |
0019|     archaeological services to be performed in the Dulce area of
    |
0020|     Rio Arriba county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0021|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1999 shall revert to the
    |
0022|     general fund.
