FOR AN EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES FACILITY AT SAN LORENZO IN GRANT COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
     
                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to construct an emergency
          medical services facility at San Lorenzo in Grant county.
