FOR ENHANCING THE EXISTING COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES FOR THE SAN JUAN
COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
          A.  forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to purchase and install radio frequency
communications equipment for the communications authority in San Juan county; and

          B.  four thousand three hundred dollars ($4,300) to purchase and install
computer flooring in the San Juan county dispatch center.
