FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COMPUTER SCIENCE BUILDING AT SAN JUAN COLLEGE IN
SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the governing board of San Juan college:
          
                    eight hundred forty thousand dollars ($840,000) for plumbing, heating and
          cooling systems and other capital improvements to the shelled area of the
          computer science building at San Juan college located in San Juan county.
