FOR CONSTRUCTING A WASTE WATER SYSTEM IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the department of environment:

                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for stage one construction of the
          northern county sewage system, including complete hook-up to Las Cruces
          sewage system, in Dona Ana county.
