TO PURCHASE LAND FOR A REGIONAL WATER SYSTEM OPERATIONS CENTER IN
HERNANDEZ IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the department of environment:
          
                    one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) to purchase land for a
          regional water system operations center for the Agua Sana water users'
          association in Hernandez in Rio Arriba county.
