HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 15 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY DEBBIE A. RODELLA FOR A FACILITY IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY TO PROVIDE ALCOHOLISM AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE RECOVERY SERVICES. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, purchase land for and construct a facility located in Rio Arriba county to provide alcoholism and substance abuse recovery services.
