TO INSTALL AND UPGRADE THE MECHANICAL SYSTEMS FOR SAN JUAN COLLEGE IN SAN
JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the governing board of San Juan college:

                    six hundred forty-two thousand dollars ($642,000) to install and upgrade the
          mechanical systems for San Juan college in San Juan county.
