FOR MAKING IMPROVEMENTS AT THE WILDLIFE WEST NATURE CENTER AT EDGEWOOD IN
SANTA FE COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state park division of the energy, minerals and natural resources
          department:
          
                    one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to make handicapped trail and
          restroom accessibility improvements and to purchase an electric accessibility cart
          at the wildlife west nature center at Edgewood in Santa Fe county.
