FOR A PERMANENT FACILITY FOR THE EIGHT NORTHERN PUEBLOS COUNCIL ARTS AND
CRAFTS SHOW AT SAN JUAN PUEBLO IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design or construct a
          permanent facility for the eight northern pueblos council arts and crafts show at
          San Juan pueblo in Rio Arriba county.
