HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 81 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY THOMAS P. FOY TO PLAN, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT A NEW SWIMMING POOL IN HURLEY IN GRANT COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct a new swimming pool in Hurley in Grant county.
