HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 85 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY MIMI STEWART FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO HAWTHORNE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state department of public education: three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to construct improvements to Hawthorne elementary school for a family focus center for after-school activities and a multipurpose neighborhood center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
