FOR NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY BORDER AREA SATELLITE IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the board of regents of New Mexico state university:

                    one million two hundred seventeen thousand dollars ($1,217,000) to construct
          phase two, including additional classrooms, laboratories and administrative
          support facilities, of the border area satellite in Sunland Park in Dona Ana
          county.
