HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 93 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY MARY HELEN GARCIA FOR A PUBLIC SCHOOL FOOTBALL STADIUM IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the state department of public education: three million dollars ($3,000,000) to plan, design and construct a public school football stadium in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
