HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 94 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY RON GENTRY TO PLAN AND DESIGN VALENCIA COUNTY HOSPITAL IN VALENCIA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) for planning and designing the Valencia county hospital, contingent upon the county imposing the one- sixteenth of one percent gross receipts tax allowed for health care pursuant to Section 7-20E-18 NMSA 1978, acquisition by the county of donated land adjacent to the Valencia branch of the university of New Mexico and approval of financing by the New Mexico finance authority. - 1 -
