                           REQUESTED BY
                         SAMUEL F. VIGIL               





FOR LUNA VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL INSTITUTE IN SAN MIGUEL, COLFAX AND GUADALUPE 
COUNTIES.

     I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

                    to the governing board of Luna vocational-technical institute:

          A.  two million dollars ($2,000,000) to make alterations for accessibility of the
disabled to the physical facilities at the main campus and satellite campuses;

          B.  three million two hundred twelve thousand five hundred twenty-six dollars
($3,212,526) to complete construction of an educational center for science, health occupations
and wellness training at the main campus in San Miguel county;

          C.  two million seven hundred two thousand two hundred thirteen dollars
($2,702,213) to expand and remodel the learning resource center at the main campus in San
Miguel county; and
     
          D.  two million three hundred seventy-one thousand three hundred forty-four
dollars ($2,371,344) to complete construction of the underground distribution system to
provide connectivity of all facilities to one centralized energy management system at the main
campus in San Miguel county.
