HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 98 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY MARY HELEN GARCIA FOR PURCHASING AND INSTALLING STREET LIGHTING ON MCNUTT ROAD IN THE CITY OF SUNLAND PARK IN DONA ANA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the local government division of the department of finance and administration: three hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($365,000) to purchase and install street lights on NcNutt road in the city of Sunland Park located in Dona Ana county.
