HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 99 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY MARY HELEN GARCIA FOR A DOMESTIC WATER SYSTEM IN THE LA UNION AREA OF DONA ANA COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the department of environment: three million five hundred thousand dollars ($3,500,000) to plan, design and construct a domestic water system, including a wellfield and distribution system, in the community of La Union and the surrounding area located in Dona Ana county.
