FOR EAST MOUNTAIN ATHLETIC FIELD CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENTS IN
BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to construct storage, restroom,
          concession and security observation facilities at the athletic fields in the East
          mountain area of Bernalillo county.
