FOR THE COMPLETION OF PHASE THREE OF THE EASTSIDE PARK FOR THE VILLAGE OF
LOS LUNAS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:

                    four hundred ninety-nine thousand dollars ($499,000) to complete phase three
          of the Eastside park for the village of Los Lunas in Valencia county.
