HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 113 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY JAMES G. TAYLOR FOR HUBBELL PROPERTY PURCHASE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY. I request that the following capital outlay project be funded: to the property control division of the general services department: six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to acquire the Hubbell property in the south valley of Bernalillo county to be used for agricultural and educational purposes through the Albuquerque technical-vocational school; provided that the state shall hold unencumbered fee simple title to the property. - 1 -
