TO EQUIP AND FURNISH CHAVES COUNTY COURTHOUSE IN CHAVES COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the local government division of the department of finance and administration:
          
                    four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to equip and furnish the Chaves
          county courthouse complex in Chaves county.
