FOR A CLEAN ROOM FACILITY FOR THE MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING PROGRAM AT
THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico:
     
                    one million eight hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,850,000) to design,
          construct, furnish and equip a clean room facility for the manufacturing
          engineering program at the university of New Mexico in Bernalillo county.
