FOR A TRAFFIC LIGHT AND PASSING LANE ON HIGHWAY 64 AT THE CUDEII TURNOFF IN
SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the state highway and transportation department:
          
                    two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to construct a passing lane and install
          a caution light and turning signal light at the turnoff to Cudeii on highway 64
          west in San Juan county.
