FOR A TOURISM CENTER IN SHEEP SPRINGS IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

     I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

                    to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs:
          
                    two hundred forty thousand dollars ($240,000) to plan, design and begin
          infrastructure development for a tourism center in the community of Sheep
          Springs in San Juan county.
