HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 151 STATE OF NEW MEXICO 43RD LEGISLATURE - SECOND SESSION, 1998 REQUESTED BY JOSE R. ABEYTA REAUTHORIZATION; APPROPRIATING A PORTION OF THE BALANCE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION AND CHANGING THE PURPOSE OF THAT APPROPRIATION FOR THE NEW MEXICO BOYS' SCHOOL. Six hundred thirty-three thousand dollars ($633,000) of the balance of the proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds authorized pursuant to Subsection D of Section 13 of Chapter 148 of Laws 1994 for a visitor, control and administration center and to improve security at the New Mexico boys' school is appropriated to the general services department to plan, design or construct an animal shelter at the new Mexico boys' school in Springer in Colfax county.
